Customer Service: Thank you. I see there’s an emergency repair in your area due to a broken pipe. The water supply should be restored by 6 PM. 

Customer: Alright. Will I receive a discount on my bill this month because of the outage? 

Customer Service: Yes, we’ll apply a credit automatically. If you don’t see it on your next bill, feel free to file a complaint. 

Customer: Got it. Thanks for your help.
